Aaron: Your Practical Guide

Hi, I’m Aaron
I’m the founder of Grounded Compass and a qualified ADHD coach. I know first-hand what it can feel like to work incredibly hard, care deeply and still find parts of everyday life more difficult than it seems it should be.
As an adult with ADHD, a parent within a neurodivergent family and an experienced professional leader, I understand how ADHD can affect work, family life, relationships, confidence and emotional wellbeing. I also understand the frustration of being given advice that sounds perfectly sensible but simply does not work for the way your brain operates.
I created Grounded Compass to provide the calm, practical and genuinely understanding support I believe more people deserve. My coaching is not about fixing you or forcing you into somebody else’s system. It is about helping you understand yourself more clearly, recognise your strengths and develop realistic strategies that work for your life.
You do not need a formal ADHD diagnosis to work with me. You may already be diagnosed, awaiting an assessment or simply beginning to wonder whether ADHD could explain some of your experiences. Wherever you are starting from, you will be met with curiosity, respect and no judgement.
