ADHD coaching that starts with understanding you

ADHD can affect far more than concentration or productivity. It can show up as overwhelm, emotional regulation, motivation, organisation, relationships, parenting, work, and the feeling of knowing what you need to do but struggling to make it happen.

Grounded Compass ADHD coaching with Aaron offers a supportive, practical and non-judgemental space to understand how ADHD shows up for each person. Coaching is collaborative rather than prescriptive, aiming to help people understand themselves, recognise what gets in their way, build on their strengths and develop realistic strategies that work for their own life.

You don’t need to have everything figured out, and a formal ADHD diagnosis is not required.

ADHD Coaching Sessions (50 mins) £60

One-to-One ADHD Coaching

My ADHD coaching sessions provide a supportive, non-judgemental space to explore what is happening in your life, understand how ADHD may be affecting you and identify practical ways forward.

We might work on areas such as overwhelm, emotional regulation, motivation, organisation, time management, focus, confidence, relationships or balancing the demands of work and family life. Rather than offering generic advice or expecting you to follow a rigid system, we will explore your individual strengths, challenges and circumstances to find approaches that genuinely work for you.

Each 50-minute online session is collaborative and focused on what matters most to you. Together, we will agree realistic goals, break difficult challenges into manageable steps and identify actions or experiments you can try between sessions. Follow-up notes and agreed actions will help you maintain momentum and track your progress.

ADHD coaching is not therapy, medical treatment or a diagnostic service. It is practical, forward-looking support designed to help you understand yourself more clearly, make meaningful changes and move towards a life that feels more manageable and authentically yours. A formal ADHD diagnosis is not required.
